📋 Description

• Project management planning, monitoring, and implementation • Lead roadway business development and client interface • Lead proposal preparation, including development of scope, schedule, and fee negotiation • Ability to manage multiple project teams and work with our Columbus and Cleveland offices. • Lead technical review, QA/QC, and technical mentoring program • Lead engineering design for roadway or site development projects • Perform roadway grading and drainage, utility design, parking lot design, storm sewer design, and storm water management calculations • Provide advice and creativity resolve any potential problems/deficiencies quickly • Take the project from due diligence through construction • Coordinate the execution of projects with our staff, our clients, and our project team members

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working leading Transportation Projects • 5+ years of experience working with Bentley/Microstation/Open Roads • 5+ years of experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Infrastructure Suite • 5+ years of experience working on State, County, and City Transportation Projects • PE required • Experience with roadway documents and permitting preferred with the City of Columbus/Cleveland. • Experience working with ODOT Districts 5, 6, 7, 8, and 12 • Experience working with Cuyahoga and Franklin County • Ability to win transportation work and deliver exceptional results to clients • Strong analytical and communication skills • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team with minimal oversight.
