📋 Description

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Equipment Solutions organization • Follow established procedures for receiving and processing equipment facility orders and field returns • Source equipment internally and through third-party rental and service suppliers • Generate purchase orders for equipment purchases and rentals • Reconcile and process contracts, invoices, and work orders daily • Support electronic and physical inventory management on project sites and within equipment facilities • Update Task Codes and Off-Rent dates with input from project teams • Prepare scheduled and on-demand inventory management reports and perform report quality control • Reconcile fleet invoicing with accounting, fleet vendors, and project teams • Provide equipment solutions and issue resolution, including equipment type and maintenance recommendations • Build relationships with people across diverse backgrounds and organizational levels

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • 1+ year of rental equipment, construction, and/or related professional experience • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Attention to detail and accuracy • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Positive, professional attitude with strong customer service skills • Ability to multitask • Planning and organizational skills • Active listening skills and openness to diverse input and feedback • Ability to travel 100% • Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employment visa sponsorship
