📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor and operational extension of the CEO • Coordinate executive decisions, commitments, follow-up actions, and leadership priorities • Prepare the CEO for Board meetings, sponsor interactions, customer meetings, investor discussions, and strategic engagements • Improve executive workflows using AI, automation, and technology • Own and continuously improve the Executive Leadership Team’s operating cadence • Develop executive agendas, pre-read materials, action logs, decision trackers, and governance processes • Track enterprise commitments and connect priorities across business units and corporate functions • Translate executive priorities into workplans with milestones, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives spanning business units or lacking a natural organizational owner • Remove execution barriers and accelerate enterprise priorities with senior leaders • Develop dashboards and progress reports for strategic initiatives and organizational performance • Support annual strategic planning and enterprise prioritization • Coordinate enterprise transformation initiatives, including project plans, governance, milestone tracking, dependencies, and decision logs • Support organizational redesign, business integration, and enterprise change management • Develop executive presentations, Board materials, sponsor updates, and strategic communications • Coordinate responses to Board members, investors, and private equity sponsors • Build trusted relationships across the organization and influence without formal authority • Promote accountability, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment • Implement AI-enabled workflows to enhance executive productivity and organizational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline • Eight or more years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, private equity, corporate development, investment banking, healthcare operations, or a Chief of Staff role supporting senior executives • Experience working directly with a CEO or executive leadership team in a complex, high-growth organization • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation development • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel • Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve business processes and executive productivity • Experience within healthcare services, value-based care, managed care, provider organizations, or healthcare technology preferred • Experience in a private equity-backed organization preferred • Familiarity with Board governance, investor communications, and sponsor reporting preferred • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, organizational integration, or enterprise transformation initiatives preferred • MBA or other advanced degree preferred • Exceptional integrity, discretion, and sound judgment • Strong enterprise and commercial acumen • Executive presence and emotional intelligence • Ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority • Strategic thinking combined with operational execution • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations • Resourcefulness, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-moving environment • High humility, low ego, and collaborative leadership style • Continuous improvement mindset and passion for simplifying complexity
