📋 Description

• Conduct site walks and constructability appraisals to evaluate site access and physical constraints • Review site drawings and specifications and advise on construction feasibility, cost-saving opportunities, and materials availability • Monitor regulatory gating hurdles including Zoning, SHPO, NEPA/Limited NEPA, Phase I Environmental, and permits • Coordinate contractor bid walks, evaluate subcontractor qualifications, and support final negotiations • Coordinate underground utility staking, access clearing, and preliminary construction scheduling • Develop and submit Construction Execution Plans • Lead multidisciplinary team reviews and maintain a Constructability Issues Log • Collaborate with Architectural & Engineering firms on detailed site plans and specifications • Direct and coordinate on-site subcontractor work for quality, R56 grounding, and safety compliance • Monitor progress against budgeted costs and resources, provide weekly updates, and correct cost/schedule fluctuations • Coordinate component testing, final site inspections, and utility turn-ups • Resolve punch-list items, review contractor closeout packages, and coordinate final customer hand-off

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma, or Associates, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Public Safety, or Technology required for this position • Must have 3-5 years of Construction/Project Management experience • OSHA Certification required • Must be able to pass a background check as required for this position • Must have experience with process improvement and inventory control • Motorola Video Security product knowledge preferred • Must be able to travel as required for this position • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required; employer work permit sponsorship is not available • Travel Requirements: 25-50%
