📋 Description
• Act as the primary liaison between the Enterprise Data Intelligence team and business unit leaders to manage the M&A integration queue. • Develop comprehensive "Cost-to-Integrate" models, forecasting hosting expenses, licensing, and labor costs. • Drive the "Data Playbook" for all new acquisitions, ensuring alignment of BI tools and reporting standards. • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Head of EDI for IT budget representation. • Partner with cross-functional teams to track integration milestones and financial forecasts.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. • 5+ years of professional experience in Consulting, Corporate Strategy, FP&A, Data Operations, Private Equity, or related fields. • Prior experience in due diligence, post-merger integration (PMI), or working within a Private Equity portfolio company. • Familiarity with modern data stack tools and the ability to interpret data profiling results. (AWS, SQL, Tableau, etc) • Demonstrated experience building complex financial models (TCO, ROI, or Budget Forecasting). • Functional understanding of the journey from raw data to business value (Data Warehousing, BI/Reporting, and MDM). • Experience using Value-Based Prioritization frameworks to manage a large project backlog or product roadmap. • Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines. • Exceptional ability to translate technical data concepts into business-friendly language for executive-level presentations.
