📋 Description

• Carry out major and minor installations and support Motorola Video applications at client sites • Develop and implement efficient and cost-effective solutions • Evaluate system specifications against business requirements • Work with management to prioritize business goals and information needs • Install and support in-car video and body-worn camera hardware • Train end users on end-to-end video system functionality • Provide consultation and expert advice to partners or customers executing hardware deployments • Work in IT environments and help resolve networking, port protocol, and server maintenance issues • Generate technical field trip reports and technical deployment documentation • Travel over 50% to customer and client sites

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma, Technical Certificates, or Associate's, or Bachelor's degree • 3+ years of experience in LMR, RF Systems, Radio Communications, Radio Frequency, Motorola equipment, Wireless Communication Systems, IT Systems, Mobile or Fixed Video Systems, Telecommunications, or Public Safety • CompTIA Certification(s) • Networking experience • Extensive computer use experience • Experience in a Field Service environment preferred • Valid driver's license • Ability to travel up to 75% • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner • Ability to install and/or configure hardware and/or software for Video Products • Ability to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers • Ability to pass a stringent fingerprint background check for work in high-security CJIS areas • Must be able to work in the United States
