📋 Description

• Architect voice-based chat systems for police officers' location search, person search, and other daily activities • Develop AI text processing for ASR text capitalization, digitization, and punctuation • Build AI algorithms that convert unstructured data into structured, searchable data • Design LLM-based parsers for general search applications • Manage interns and guide data science research projects • Design REST APIs and build data governance for customer data quality, security, and privacy • Deploy services and containers using Azure, Google, and AWS cloud services • Develop natural-language database queries in a public safety ecosystem • Design prompts and fine-tune LLMs for specific tasks • Build chatbots using Rasa, Voiceflow, and Google DFCX • Develop AI text-processing algorithms for free-text and voice-based interactions • Mentor junior data scientists on NLP and text-processing algorithms • Design multilingual datasets for translation model training and testing • Develop optimized ELK Stack queries for fast data retrieval • Develop and evaluate datasets to fine-tune STT and TTS models • Manage cloud-based provisioning systems with real-time updates and radio integration

🎯 Requirements

• Masters degree + 2 years experience or Bachelors degree + 5 years experience • Experience with Azure, Google and AWS cloud services to deploy services and containers • Experience working with LLMs, prompt design, and fine-tuning • Experience building chatbots using frameworks such as Rasa, Voiceflow and Google DFCX • Experience developing NLP and text-processing algorithms • Experience designing multilingual datasets for translation models • Experience with ELK stack queries optimized for fast data retrieval • Experience evaluating and fine-tuning STT and TTS models • Experience with cloud-based provisioning systems, real-time updates, and radio integration • No travel required
