📋 Description

• Responsible for all communication for the Business Service Forecasting team via email and phone • Input, interpret, and reconcile financial workbooks for various territories • Oversee processes managing annual growth between $75M and $150M • Support business and operations functions related to accurate service revenue reconciliation • Partner with field territories and facilitate audit outputs related to business revenue accuracy • Investigate disparities, process errors, and systemic problems associated with system and IT issues • Analyze financial reports, trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate forecasting and performance information to Territory Leaders, RSMs, CSMs, and SMs • Develop strategies to improve operational efficiencies, including backup support, workflows, procedures, and performance • Build and maintain effective working alliances with internal customers and partners • Initiate problem-solving actions and follow through to resolution • Schedule weekly team meetings and regular business reviews • Handle escalated business matters and provide solutions • Communicate with subcontractors and FSO teams while monitoring business progress to completion • Distribute watch lists and updated information to the service team for communication with external customers

• Great communication skills • Ability to multitask • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Salesforce experience • Strong business skills • Forecasting experience • 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Forecasting Analyst, Planning Analyst, Sales Analyst, or Operations Specialist, Customer Service Specialist • Creating reports • Managing projects • Presenting and facilitating meetings with upper management • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
