📋 Description

• Maintain standardized proposal templates and response documentation for enterprise software engagements • Assist with onboarding guides, reference materials, and training content for Solution Architects and Presales Business Managers • Analyze historical presales project data to identify trends, cycle times, and operational performance metrics • Build and maintain dashboards providing visibility into presales pipeline activity and response efficiency • Produce summary reports with actionable operational insights for the Software Enterprise leadership team • Support administrative maintenance and user enablement for central presales tools and documentation repositories • Collaborate with presales engineers to gather feedback on process bottlenecks and propose workflow refinements • Organize digital asset libraries to keep proposal resources accessible and consistent across business units

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with an expected graduation date on or after December 2027 • Returning to school in Fall 2027 • Legal authorization to work indefinitely in the U.S.; employer work permit sponsorship is not available • Ability to organize documentation, perform analytical evaluations, and build structured presentations using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) or Google Workspace • Data visualization and reporting skills to aggregate project metrics, summarize findings, and present complex topics to technical and operational audiences • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to analyze processes and propose workflow improvements • Baseline understanding of cloud software solutions or enterprise IT environments • Prior coursework or practical exposure in data analytics, project management, or sales operations • Preferred candidates will live in the United States
