📋 Description

• Develop playbooks and workflows for agency evaluation, onboarding, account launches, and expansion • Analyze agency and advertiser portfolio performance to identify patterns, successful strategies, and case studies • Monitor Performance TV account KPIs and execute optimizations across audience strategy, budget allocation, creative, and testing • Support agency partnership plans and manage projects across co-marketing initiatives, co-development, and MCP/technology integrations • Create and deliver training, workshops, and resources for key agencies • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to address recurring challenges and improve the agency experience • Develop repeatable processes for agency onboarding, account launches, and expansion • Turn account trends and testing results into actionable optimizations, best practices, and case studies • Scale agency enablement and support advertiser success

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, advertising technology, or agency account strategy, with direct responsibility for campaign performance • Hands-on experience optimizing paid media against business outcomes such as cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and conversion volume; connected TV or Performance TV experience is a plus • Understanding of how agencies evaluate media partners, manage advertiser portfolios, and make campaign and budget decisions • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to identify account trends, translate them into recommendations, and develop client stories • Strong third-party measurement tool expertise, such as Northbeam, Triple Whale, Fospha, Workmagic, or Measured • Experience building processes, playbooks, or programs for cross-functional teams • Strong presentation and communication skills, including client conversations, training sessions, or partner enablement • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence internal teams and external partners without direct authority • Strong project management skills • Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting platforms, and CRM tools such as Salesforce
