📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Dean of Curriculum and Instruction to design and develop standards-aligned lesson plans • Create student-friendly instructional slide decks supporting clear learning objectives • Include warm-ups, guided practice, and checks for understanding in lesson materials • Adapt and differentiate materials for diverse student needs in a virtual setting • Align instructional materials with state standards and organizational expectations • Promote vertical and horizontal alignment across grade levels and content areas • Maintain consistency in instructional routines, structure, and course expectations • Refine scope and sequence documents and pacing guides with leadership • Design resources reflecting virtual instruction best practices, student engagement, and interaction • Incorporate gradual release of responsibility and active learning strategies • Ensure resources are accessible, organized, and easy for teachers to implement • Stay current on trends and tools enhancing virtual teaching and learning • Participate in content development sessions and feedback cycles • Revise materials based on teacher feedback and student performance data • Support improved instructional quality and student outcomes across the virtual school

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Texas teaching certification • Minimum of 3–5 years of successful teaching experience • Previous experience in a virtual or online education environment preferred • Experience with Project-Based Learning (PBL) models preferred • Excellent communication and organizational abilities • Ability to analyze and act on data • High level of accountability and follow-through • Collaborative mindset • Knowledge of Google Suites Products • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
