📋 Description

• Prepare monthly financial statements for commercial and residential management clients • Reconcile bank statements • Post tenant receipts • Post journal entries • Analyze balance sheet and income statements for unusual activity and report to clients • Produce financial statement reports and submit them to the owner or management company • Maintain open communication with clients at all times

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience as a property accountant with a commercial or residential management company • Experience using MRI Software PMX required • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management through written and/or verbal communication • Ability to work independently • Ability to work under deadlines • Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities • High degree of dependability, motivation, and flexibility • High school diploma or GED, or Associate Degree • Bachelor’s degree a plus
