📋 Description

• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver strategic and executional exhibit solutions. • Support the design, execution, and management of US Human Health exhibit programs. • Ensure congress strategy is effectively realized through exhibit planning and delivery. • Provide solutions that maximize customer service, efficiency, and use of company assets. • Liaise with medical teams and congress associations to maximize medical and promotional opportunities. • Develop expertise in promotional exhibits and lead or support pre-conference compliance sessions. • Mentor new marketing and promotional partners on exhibit delivery processes. • Assist in managing multi-million-dollar marketing exhibit budgets.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in exhibit/program management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (with Degree) or 7+ years without degree • In-depth knowledge of current industry guidelines, trends, and exhibit structures/types • Strong financial skills • Experience with SAP and Veeva PromoMats essential • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively • Willingness to travel up to 20% yearly • High School Diploma/GED required
