📋 Description

• Engage in bidirectional exchange of scientific or medical information with Scientific Leaders • Provide balanced, factual scientific information about non-product areas and respond to scientific questions about Company products • Develop professional relationships with national and regional Scientific Leaders • Conduct peer-to-peer scientific discussions and maintain reliable medical contact with Scientific Leaders • Address scientific questions and direct out-of-scope inquiries to appropriate company resources • Maintain current knowledge of the scientific and clinical environment in the assigned therapeutic area • Initiate scientific and data exchanges with potential investigators to assess research alignment, study concepts, scientific merit, and qualifications • Enhance understanding of investigator-sponsored research foundations and goals • Identify barriers to patient enrollment and retention • Recommend study sites and potential investigators for Phase II-IV clinical development programs • Conduct Site Initiation Visits and support protocol leadership with GCTO • Address investigator questions and provide information about Company-sponsored clinical studies • Engage in scientific congresses and medical meetings and facilitate scientific and data exchange • Gather feedback and insights on medical or scientific needs, priorities, and concerns of Scientific Leaders and patients • Serve as a role model and support onboarding and sharing of therapeutic expertise • Contribute to an inclusive environment and help drive organizational and business strategy

🎯 Requirements

• PhD, PharmD, DNP, DO, or MD • Minimum of 3 years of relevant therapeutic area experience beyond that obtained in the terminal degree program • Ability to conduct doctoral-level discussions with key external stakeholders • Dedication to scientific excellence with a strong focus on scientific education and dialogue • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and networking skills • Thorough comprehension of FDA, OIG, HIPAA, and other ethical guidelines, laws, and regulations relevant to the pharmaceutical industry and its customers • Ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, OneNote) • Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms • Consistent adherence to field and corporate policies, GMSA strategy, field SOPs, GCP guidelines, and administrative/operational responsibilities • Candidates must reside within the territory covering Texas and Oklahoma • Ability to travel up to 50% within the territory • Valid driving license required • No visa sponsorship • Preferred: Field-based medical experience, with GYN Oncology strongly preferred • Preferred: Research experience • Preferred: Demonstrated record of scientific/medical publication
