📋 Description

• Engage in scientific exchange with national and regional Urology Scientific Leaders • Provide balanced, factual, scientific information on non-product areas of interest and company products • Respond to scientific questions and direct out-of-scope inquiries to appropriate company resources • Maintain current knowledge through HQ-directed education and training • Build professional relationships and conduct peer-to-peer scientific discussions with Urology Scientific Leaders • Liaise between the scientific community and the company on Company-Sponsored Trials and Investigator-Sponsored Program research • Identify barriers to patient enrollment and retention, recommend study sites, and identify potential investigators for Phase II-IV programs • Address investigator questions about company-sponsored clinical studies • Initiate scientific/data-exchange discussions regarding research strategies, study concepts, scientific merit, and qualifications • Prepare for and participate in scientific congresses, exchange scientific and medical data, collect insights, and staff exhibit booths as applicable • Gather feedback and information about medical or scientific needs, priorities, and concerns • Serve as a role model for field medical team members, including onboarding and therapeutic training • Operate without sales objectives or accountability for prescribing or sales

🎯 Requirements

• PhD, PharmD, DNP, or MD • Clinical patient care or research experience in assigned therapeutic areas beyond terminal degree program • Field-based medical science liaison (MSL) experience • Minimum of 3 years of therapeutic area experience in Oncology or Urology • Capable of conducting doctoral-level discussions with key external stakeholders • Business and market knowledge • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and networking skills • Thorough comprehension of FDA, OIG, HIPAA, and other relevant pharmaceutical-industry ethical guidelines, laws, and regulations • Ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, and MS Copilot • Adherence to field and corporate policies, GMSA strategy, field SOPs, GCP guidelines, and administrative/operational responsibilities • Ability to travel up to 50% overnight • Must reside in the territory of WI, IL, IN, MI, or OH • Valid driving license
