📋 Description

• Design and produce effective advertising creative across print and digital products • Determine styles, size, and arrangement of illustrative material and copy • Use technology, templates, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while maintaining creative quality • Ensure accurate delivery using effective design principles • Balance creativity and speed to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy • Ensure brand standard compliance for team ads and franchise clients • Manage revisions based on internal and client feedback • Assist with in-house graphic design projects, franchise spec ads, and new advertising initiatives • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver professional, pixel-perfect final products • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Marketing Design, or related field is highly preferred • Minimum 0 to 3 years’ previous creative services experience within a fast-paced high-volume environment • Strong understanding of design principles • Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously • Strong understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, composition, spacing, and color • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) • Familiarity with Microsoft Office • Digital/web design or motion graphics skills, preferred • HTML/email design skills, preferred • Portfolio demonstrating good use of typography, grid-based design, white space, and color theory • Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to deliver high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, manage projects through concept, design, and revisions, articulate and defend design ideas, collaborate, learn, grow, and take direction
