📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients on strategic decisions impacting business solutions • Create future-state architectures for clients at enterprise scale • Ensure the integrity of technical designs and features within enterprise architecture • Lead the development team • Provide accurate estimates for project scopes and development timelines • Facilitate backlog creation, maintenance, and planning • Advise clients on best practices for enterprise web/software applications • Provide expertise on platforms, design patterns, and enterprise solution practices • Mentor junior team members • Maintain productive relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect • Breadth and depth of experience as an architect • Growth mindset and receptiveness to feedback • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation skills • Strong leadership, analytical, technical, planning, and organizational skills • Ability to work with developers in outsourced and in-house environments • Minimum of 7 years of enterprise-scale design and implementation experience in software development • Deep knowledge in at least two of cloud computing, cloud-native, application development, and middleware • Proven Azure or AWS expertise; proficiency in both is highly advantageous • Familiarity with enterprise patterns and principles, including Microservices, EDA, DDD, and N-Tiers • Competency in enterprise architecture, middleware, and data flow diagramming • Ability to audit and document existing architectures and ecosystems • Experience with modern API design patterns and principles • Ability to define API specifications, preferably using Swagger • Proficiency with SQL, Service Bus/Message Queue, Caching, ESB, and ETL • Understanding of object-oriented principles, including interfaces, composition, and polymorphism • Understanding of different AI tools/models and how they accelerate job responsibilities • Experience in an Enterprise Architect role at a digital or creative agency • Work sample required at the time of application
