📋 Description

• Manage escalated technical cases from front-line support • Validate information, perform deep-dive analysis and define corrective actions • Provide remote and on-site support to dealers and technical teams • Ensure timely and effective vehicle repair, especially involving electrical buses • Produce structured technical reports for OEM and internal stakeholders • Highlight risks, trends and areas for improvement • Monitor activity KPIs including case ageing, recurrence and fix-it-right-first-time • Flag early warning signals on product or process issues • Contribute to the technical knowledge base and best practices • Support continuous improvement of Level 1 agents and workshops

🎯 Requirements

• Strong automotive technical background with experience in diagnostics and complex repair (dealer, workshop or OEM environment) • Proven ability to analyze technical data, fault codes and log files to identify root causes and recurring issues on vehicles • Capable of translating OEM technical documentation, wiring diagrams and procedures into clear repair instructions for workshops • Good verbal and written communication skills in English • Able to explain complex technical topics in an understandable way • Team player with proactive attitude, logical and inquisitive mindset • Able to operate in multi-market, multi-stakeholder environments
