📋 Description

• Provide program claim review and claim entry assistance to dealers and field personnel • Act as a liaison between program headquarters and dealers to resolve discrepancies or conflicting coverage on vehicle repairs • Serve as subject matter expert to internal staff, dealers, and OEM personnel for claim entry issues and questions • Review dealer-submitted claims for accuracy according to claim type • Develop and maintain basic program reports • Contact fleet customers by email for claims exceeding a specified dollar value • Charge back dealers for unauthorized or incorrect claims • Respond to customer or dealer questions by email or phone regarding rejected claims • Troubleshoot rejected claims • Evaluate claims to determine whether Basic Manufacturer's Warranty, Extended Plan Coverage, or other OEM program coverage may apply • Assist in documenting claim entry procedures, processes, and reference materials

🎯 Requirements

• Prior OEM claim entry experience required • Prior warranty coverage review experience required • 3-5 years claims experience required • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Strong written and verbal skills • Accuracy and attention to detail • Excellent follow-up • Microsoft Word (entry level) • Microsoft Excel (entry level) • Ability to balance changing priorities and to provide regular status reports as requested • Associate's Degree is preferred, but not required • Position is full-time
