⢠Lead the bpro Parts Program Distribution Field Team ⢠Expand the automotive parts distribution network for a premier automaker in the US ⢠Build and maintain a motivated, results-driven sales organization ⢠Work with selected dealerships and dealer groups to grow bpro parts sales ⢠Construct market and account plans ⢠Collect and disseminate real-time account and competitive information ⢠Lead analytical assessments and manage field teams ⢠Provide comprehensive program support for the assigned region ⢠Drive short-term sales growth through dealer and aftermarket distribution channels ⢠Build relationships with dealership hierarchy, aftermarket installers, fleets, and commercial accounts ⢠Develop, implement, and maintain a national automotive parts sales and distribution program ⢠Recruit, hire, and retain automotive wholesale parts personnel ⢠Act as primary client liaison and coordinate communications and resources ⢠Create, execute, and revise project work plans ⢠Produce reports, scorecards, deliverables, and analyses ⢠Track deliverables, issues, risks, and action items ⢠Manage data accuracy and implement QA processes and peer reviews ⢠Collaborate with client and internal teams to meet financial goals and staffing requirements ⢠Develop tools, guides, and presentations in accordance with client requirements ⢠Negotiate and manage client commitments and expectations ⢠Monitor program objectives and provide performance feedback ⢠Provide program oversight and drive team performance ⢠Develop processes and measures to improve performance ⢠Record sales, market, and competitive information daily ⢠Provide weekly market feedback and sales performance summaries ⢠Prepare ad-hoc executive management analyses ⢠Manage program Profit & Loss ⢠Conduct regular financial and program reviews ⢠Manage compliance with contractual obligations and support project transition and stabilization
⢠Minimum five years of professional experience in the automotive aftermarket or wholesale environment ⢠Professional analytics experience identifying opportunities, trends, and anomalies ⢠Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills ⢠Interpersonal, team-building, and participative management skills ⢠Ability to work independently under minimal supervision ⢠High proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office applications ⢠Bachelor's degree in a related field or minimum five years of equivalent experience ⢠Familiarity with dealership, fleet, installer, collision, automotive parts distribution, and aftermarket parts and service operations ⢠Basic understanding of automobile repair and technology ⢠Prior program management experience ⢠Ability to maintain professional communications in English and other languages as required by the project client ⢠Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word ⢠Ability to execute training, reporting, marketing, group facilitation, and product demonstration activities ⢠Ability to formulate business decisions using logical reasoning and solution-based outcomes ⢠Demonstrated ability to operate successfully with limited management oversight ⢠Ability to travel for multiple days ⢠Ability to participate in extended physical activity during training seminars ⢠Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs without injury
