⢠Lead the bpro Parts Program Distribution Field Team and expand the automotive parts distribution network in the US ⢠Build and maintain a motivated, results-driven sales organization ⢠Work with selected dealerships and dealer groups to grow bpro parts sales ⢠Construct market and account plans ⢠Collect and disseminate real-time account and competitive information ⢠Lead analytical assessments and manage field teams ⢠Provide comprehensive program support for the assigned region ⢠Build direct relationships with dealership hierarchy, aftermarket installers, fleets, and commercial accounts ⢠Liaise with dealer and corporate stakeholders ⢠Develop, implement, and maintain a national automotive parts sales and distribution program ⢠Recruit, hire, and retain automotive wholesale parts personnel ⢠Act as primary client liaison and coordinate communications and assigned resources ⢠Create, execute, and revise project work plans ⢠Produce reports, scorecards, deliverables, and analyses ⢠Track deliverables, issues, risks, and action items ⢠Manage data accuracy and execute QA processes and peer reviews ⢠Collaborate with client teams to meet financial goals and staffing requirements ⢠Develop tools, guides, and presentations ⢠Negotiate and manage client commitments and expectations ⢠Monitor program objectives and provide performance feedback ⢠Drive team performance and implement performance measures ⢠Record sales, market, and competitive information daily ⢠Provide weekly market feedback and sales performance summaries ⢠Prepare ad-hoc executive management reporting ⢠Manage program Profit & Loss ⢠Conduct regular financial and program reviews ⢠Manage contractual compliance and support project transition, stabilization, and day-to-day delivery
⢠Minimum of five years of professional experience in the automotive aftermarket or wholesale environment ⢠Professional analytics experience to identify opportunities, trends, and anomalies ⢠Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills ⢠Highly interpersonal with team-building and participative management skills ⢠Self-starter able to work under minimal supervision ⢠High proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office applications ⢠Bachelor's degree in a related field or minimum five years of equivalent experience ⢠Familiarity with dealership, fleet, installer, collision, automotive parts distribution, and aftermarket parts and service operations ⢠Basic understanding of automobile repair and technology ⢠Prior program management experience ⢠Ability to maintain professional-level communications in English and any other languages required by the project client ⢠Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word ⢠Ability to execute training, reporting, marketing, group facilitation, and product demonstrations ⢠Ability to formulate business decisions using logical reasoning and provide solution-based outcomes ⢠Demonstrated ability to operate successfully with limited management oversight ⢠Ability to travel for multiple days and engage in extended physical activity during training seminars ⢠Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs without injury
