📋 Description

• Act as a strategic product management partner, influencing solution strategy, roadmap execution, and prioritization across core payment and automation solutions. • Own defined payment capabilities and initiatives, delivering clear requirements, success metrics, and business cases. • Translate client workflows into scalable bank solutions across onboarding, implementations, servicing, and escalations. • Document data flows, dependencies, and integrations; manage client impact and go live readiness. • Collaborate in Agile or hybrid delivery models with engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, payments, financial services, operations, or project management. • Strong knowledge of commercial payments and AP automation solutions. • Experience leading or supporting complex, cross‑functional initiatives in a regulated environment. • Strong analytical, communication, and cross‑functional influence skills; comfortable operating with ambiguity.
