📋 Description
• Build, lead and oversee the delivery of physical therapy rehabilitation services • Directing a team of licensed physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and support staff • Ensuring clinical quality and regulatory compliance • Managing operational workflows • Serving as the primary liaison between clinical, payer, and employer stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Active and unrestricted state Physical Therapy license in the state of practice • Minimum of 5–7 years of clinical physical therapy experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role • Experience in program development and creation • Demonstrated experience managing workers compensation cases and coordinating with employers, adjusters, and case managers
