📋 Description

• Organize files and collect data from mortgage loan files • Accurately enter files into the mTrade Data Extraction computer application • Analyze data for errors • Troubleshoot and report data problems • Complete processing on 10 loans per day while maintaining a 98% accuracy rating • Successfully participate in and complete 2 weeks of initial training • Work as part of a team reporting to a Team Lead

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED • Basic reading, writing and mathematical aptitude • Superior keyboarding skills • Typing speed at 50 words per minute • Attention to detail and accuracy • Good command of English, both oral and written • Good customer service skills • Problem solving skills • Ability to do repetitive work for long periods of time • Dependable and punctual • Able to keep sensitive customer/company information confidential • Ability to bring critical thinking to the role • Ability to work as directed, including overtime as needed • Ability to successfully complete an online skills assessment • Associates degree or better preferred
