📋 Description

• Manage multiple projects, including new installations and retrofits to existing buildings • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, technicians, subcontractors, and internal departments. • Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, track progress and performance. • Ensure compliance with NFPA codes, AHJ regulations, and company safety standards. • Coordinate material procurement, subcontractor scheduling, and field service dispatch. • Maintain accurate project documentation • Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions for system deficiencies. • Support sales by identifying opportunities and providing recommendations. • Ensure timely billing and assist with resolving invoicing discrepancies. • Promote and maintain a safe working environment. • Participate in business development through sales calls, networking, and market awareness. • Conduct site surveys to determine customer needs and provide technical education. • Provide training on new systems as they are introduced. • Attend annual continuing education classes. • Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the fire protection industry, with emphasis on sprinkler systems. • Proven project management experience, ideally in a service-focused environment. • NICET Level II or higher in Water-Based Systems (preferred). • Project Management certifications (PMP, PgMP, CAPM) are highly desirable. • Proficiency with project management and scheduling software • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
