📋 Description
• Deliver end-to-end UX and UI design with minimal oversight • Translate research insights into clear design opportunities and user-centred solutions • Plan and facilitate workshops • Contribute to and work within design systems, producing reusable, well-structured components • Identify trade-offs, evaluate risks, and make design decisions that connect to user needs, business goals, and technical constraints • Contribute to pitch decks and other presentation assets
🎯 Requirements
• 3 years of industry experience • Portfolio we can access • Must have a minimum of 3-hour overlap with New York EDT timezone
