📋 Description

• Design and execute generative and evaluative research studies • Conduct foundational research to understand user workflows, pain points, and operational contexts • Scope research to balance rigor, timeline constraints, and confidence in recommendations • Collaborate with design counterparts throughout the product development cycle from discovery through validation • Participate in co-ideation sessions and translate research insights into design opportunities • Present synthesized insights with clear, actionable recommendations tied to business impact • Deliver audience-centric narratives that drive decision-making • Track and communicate the impact of research-informed decisions • Contribute to continuous creative improvement, innovation, and excellence across the team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product strategy, UX research, or related strategic roles • Demonstrated experience leading generative and evaluative research, including user interviews, diary studies, and usability testing • Track record of translating research insights into actionable recommendations and articulating their business impact • Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Occasional travel may be required depending on project and client needs
