• Multiply Mortgage is a technology company and a mortgage company. • Our branch managers oversee the daily operations of a mortgage branch and its sales team. • This salaried position includes an incentive program for both personal production and team production.
• At least 5 years of mortgage origination experience. • Prior leadership or management experience, ideally within mortgage banking or lending. • In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and compliance requirements. • Proved ability to recruit talented mortgage veterans. • Strong desire to grow, develop and coach sales teams. • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and customer service skills. • Active NMLS license in good standing.
