📋 Description

• Drive prioritization and delivery of the product roadmap for Neumo’s payments capabilities • Conduct market analysis, positioning, customer research, quantitative analysis, and client feedback • Own the product lifecycle from market research through product definition, delivery, and go-to-market strategy • Develop the long-term product vision for payments and align resources • Achieve a clear understanding of the costs of your solution • Drive a partnership ecosystem to maximize revenue • Serve as the central point of contact between multiple groups

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 3+ years of experience in product management (B2B software experience preferred) • 2+ years of experience being technical or technically conversant working with platform technologies • Required experience with platform services in a SaaS and SaaS-adjacent model • Required experience with payments as a service at scale • Desired experience working with PCI compliance • Experience using AI-powered productivity and analysis tools is a must • Experience in government technology at the state and local level highly preferred
