📋 Description
• Lead service projects from execution through warranty phase • Act as the primary customer contact, ensuring a high level of service • Manage project schedules, budgets, and profitability • Support startup, commissioning, and field troubleshooting • Coordinate with engineering, sales, and field teams • Handle change orders, subcontractors, and project documentation
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years managing HVAC or technical projects • Strong project management and customer-facing experience • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Solid understanding of project financials, including P&L and cost tracking • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Successful pre-employment drug test and background check, as applicable
