📋 Description

• Develop an efficient and effective plan to test and support the QoE analysis • Lead and perform hands-on QoE work, including revenue, expense, and earnings adjustments • Oversee and direct internal resources assembling data room support • Manage Q&A with the management team and drive timely resolution of open items • Prepare the final QoE report in PDF format with clear graphical presentation of key findings • Build and maintain supporting workbooks containing data and analysis • Complete the work by the end of January 2027, with earlier completion strongly preferred • Serve with the Controller as the primary point of contact

🎯 Requirements

• CFO, VP, or Director-level finance experience • Audit background in public accounting or equivalent • Demonstrated experience preparing Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output on a firm deadline • Preferred: M&A transaction experience, particularly on the sell side • Preferred: SaaS revenue experience, including ARR metrics and deferred revenue / revenue recognition • Preferred: Familiarity with Stripe billing and revenue data • Preferred: Experience with multi-entity structures and intercompany cost allocations • Must be able to commit to a part-time, contract engagement from November 2026 through January 2027 • Must personally perform the research and build the analysis for a QoE report
