• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a highly strategic, tech-forward Business Analyst to serve as the connective tissue between stakeholders, operations, and IT execution. • This role is responsible for identifying business bottlenecks, architecting scalable system solutions, and driving technology initiatives that elevate performance across the entire organization. • This is not a passive documentation role. This person must think like an operator. • The ideal candidate understands Agency operations deeply, sees operational inefficiencies before they become problems, and can translate business complexity into executable IT projects. • Amazon account management, listing optimization, and PPC experience is a strong asset. • They must be comfortable challenging assumptions, aligning leadership on priorities, and guiding technical teams toward high-impact outcomes.
• 4+ years experience in Business Analysis, Systems Strategy, Operations Strategy, or similar high-impact role • Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central operations • Proven experience leading cross-functional IT initiatives from discovery to launch • Strong technical literacy (APIs, automation tools, CRM systems, system integrations) • Experience working directly with developers and technical teams • Strong documentation and process-mapping skills • Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term fixes with long-term scalability • Computer engineering/science background or equivalent experience • A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM) • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
