đź“‹ Description

• Conduct comprehensive CRO audits to identify user friction, conversion barriers, and revenue opportunities. • Develop, prioritize, and execute A/B tests across homepages, product detail pages (PDPs), collection pages, landing pages, and checkout experiences. • Analyze customer behavior using heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis, and behavioral analytics tools. • Create hypotheses based on quantitative and qualitative data and validate them through structured experimentation. • Deliver clear optimization recommendations supported by data and expected business impact. • Provide wireframes, mockups, and implementation guidance to designers and developers. • Monitor and improve website speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall site performance across all assigned client accounts. • Ensure websites meet performance benchmarks while maintaining a seamless user experience. • Coordinate and oversee quality assurance (QA) processes before launches, deployments, and website updates. • Own GA4 implementation, tracking accuracy, and reporting across client websites. • Analyze Shopify and GA4 data to identify opportunities, trends, and performance gaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CRO, website performance, UX optimization, or DTC e-commerce. • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify, including product pages, themes, site structure, and conversion optimization. • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4). • Experience using Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar behavioral analytics platforms. • Demonstrated success running A/B tests and translating results into measurable business outcomes. • Strong understanding of conversion funnels, user behavior, and customer journey optimization. • Experience managing multiple client accounts or projects simultaneously. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Agency experience or experience supporting multiple brands is highly preferred. • A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM) • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed.
