📋 Description

• Manage, reset, and update passwords and credentials across key business tools, including 1Password, Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, and AWS • Ensure credentials are securely stored and rotated according to internal security protocols • Add, remove, and modify user access and permissions across various systems • Maintain appropriate access controls based on user roles and department needs • Respond to and resolve security-related support requests • Perform hands-on system changes and escalate complex issues to the Security Director • Set up accounts for new employees and revoke access for departing team members • Monitor systems for unusual or suspicious activity • Report and escalate potential security incidents to the Security Director • Maintain detailed logs and documentation of access changes, credential updates, and security-related actions • Support internal audits and compliance checks with accurate, up-to-date records

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred experience with IT administration, user access management, or related security operations • Knowledge of authentication methods, account provisioning, and access control best practices • Experience managing Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, AWS, or 1Password • Ability to maintain organized and detailed documentation • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and professionalism • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and escalation procedures • A dual monitor setup is required, with at least 8GB of RAM • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
