📋 Description

• Provide pull-out English Language Development (ELD) instruction based on WIDA assessment results • Create and maintain a consistent online schedule accommodating student needs and learning levels • Customize lesson plans for varied learning styles and paces • Track and evaluate student progress • Prepare clear and timely reports • Support students with basic technology troubleshooting • Collaborate with educational teams while remaining culturally responsive • Maintain documented pull-out sessions and communicate progress with students and internal teams • Perform additional tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a valid teaching certificate with an ESL endorsement • Either hold a Michigan Teaching Certificate with ESL Endorsement (NS), or hold an ESL-endorsed certificate from another state and be willing to obtain a Michigan Teaching Certificate with ESL Endorsement within 60 days of hire • Experience teaching English Learners; virtual teaching experience is a major plus • Comfortable with online tools and video conferencing • Culturally sensitive, collaborative, and organized • Able to pass a background check and drug screening • Background check and fingerprinting required upon hire • Must not be located in the Pacific Time Zone • High-speed internet and a quiet, focused home workspace required
