📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and audience needs. • Translate product positioning and messaging into compelling campaign narratives. • Lead strategy and execution for outbound email campaigns, including nurture programs, newsletters, and product updates. • Develop segmentation strategies and optimize email performance through A/B testing and analytics. • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve pipeline generation and influence. • Partner with RevOps to refine attribution and reporting processes. • Act as a key partner to Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment. • Stay current with marketing tech trends and apply innovations to improve campaign performance. • Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure accurate tracking in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong.

🎯 Requirements

• Min 4 years of marketing experience, with a focus on campaign management and email marketing. • Proven experience leveraging ABM technology (e.g., 6Sense, Common Room or similar) to run account-based campaigns. • Experience in B2B SaaS required. HR Tech preferred. • Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation and personalization across platforms like email, web, social, paid, community, etc. • Excellent writing experience, with the ability to create concise value-based messaging that drives action tailored to specific audiences. • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Ability to make data-driven decisions, citing evidence from marketing trends, KPIs and stakeholder feedback. • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot and Salesforce. • Experience with 6Sense, Gong, Outreach, WordPress, Asana or similar tools. • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related communications field or relevant work experience.
