📋 Description

• Prepare and review underwritten packets. • Track daily incoming and outgoing renewals. • Manage email correspondences of renewal questions. • Process monthly rates and conduct regular audits for specific needs. • Maintain database accuracy in Smartsheet and Cadence. • Communicate closely with Underwriting and Account Management teams. • Conduct comprehensive, regular audits of projects, tasks, and documentation for accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • 1+ years of experience in the health insurance industry, or insurance industry related environment. • Experience in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Teams, and Outlook. • Should be proficient in basic Excel formulas such as SUM, DIVIDE, MULTIPLY, and SUBTRACT. • Using the editing functions in Adobe Acrobat Pro. • Convert Word documents into PDF files. • Familiarity with mail merging Word into PDF files would be a plus. • Have familiarity with the following tools: Smartsheet, SharePoint, OneNote. • Comfortable in navigating multiple computer software/systems and multi-screen functionality. • Able to adhere to HIPAA standards.
