📋 Description

• Provide strategic, data-driven insights to enhance philanthropy at Cottage Health. • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and forecasts for fundraising strategies. • Develop and implement a cohesive strategy for analytics to inform decision-making. • Create predictive models to forecast donor behavior and optimize fundraising efforts. • Work with various data sources ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. • Manage Advancement’s database systems and conduct operational systems analysis. • Provide training and support to the end-user community.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education following the standard two years of experience is equivalent to one year of education. • Preferred: Extensive experience with Blackbaud’s products, including The Raiser’s Edge and Blackbaud NetCommunity. • Experience with data modeling and report development, including SQL and Power BI. • Minimum: Five years of previous database experience. • Experience working with business intelligence reporting tools.
