📋 Description

• Identify, research, and prioritize independent dermatology practices that align with the company's acquisition strategy. • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective acquisition targets. • Conduct outbound outreach through phone calls, email campaigns, referrals, social networking, conferences, and industry events. • Build trusted relationships with physician owners, practice administrators, consultants, attorneys, and other referral sources. • Conduct introductory conversations with physician owners regarding potential partnership or acquisition opportunities. • Present qualified opportunities to the Business Development team for further evaluation. • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and sourcing activities. • Monitor dermatology industry trends and competitive activity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field • 2+ years of experience in business development, healthcare sales, recruiting, physician relations, M&A sourcing, or related fields. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment.
