📋 Description

• Produce a complete supply risk map of every active Haircare, Body, and Fragrance SKU within the first 90 days • Qualify and validate at least one alternative supplier for every high-risk SKU within 12 months • Serve as final internal approval authority for artwork supplied to manufacturers • Own EU/UK, Health Canada, and FDA compliance decisions in-house • Own end-to-end tech transfers across Haircare, Body, and Fragrance • Conduct a full SKU documentation audit within the first 30 days and drive remediation to audit readiness • Build and maintain an approved, regulatory-reviewed, transfer-ready formula library • Identify quality concerns during development and maintain a 4.5-star consumer rating standard • Own regulatory and quality compliance across Target, Ulta, Walmart, and TikTok Shop • Conduct GMP, ISO, and REACH audits and resolve non-conformances • Author and maintain SOPs and train relevant personnel • Lead adverse event investigations and regulatory reporting • Use AI tools for regulatory research, SOP drafting, gap analysis, and documentation review

🎯 Requirements

• Deep working knowledge of EU/UK (MHRA), Health Canada, and FDA regulatory frameworks for cosmetics and personal care • Proven experience personally managing tech transfers • Active supplier network in haircare, body, or fragrance manufacturing • Experience managing complex, multi-SKU regulatory and documentation portfolios in a consumer goods or beauty environment • Experience owning retail partner compliance submissions across major US retailers (Target, Ulta, Walmart) or equivalent • Self-directed execution and proactive work management • Ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements clearly to product development, sales, and retail partners • Strong documentation, formula integrity, and compliance rigor • Fluency with AI tools for regulatory research, gap analysis, and documentation workflows • Experience with adverse event management and regulatory reporting across relevant jurisdictions
