📋 Description

• Review loan data to validate tax, hazard, and other escrowed items • Order trial and final mass escrow analysis reports by state each month • Review loans for analysis accuracy and update changes or corrections • Review monthly edit reports of loans not analyzed and make corrections or updates • Review and analyze loans with force-placed insurance • Review and analyze loans in foreclosure, loss mitigation, and bankruptcy • Process designated task queues within the servicing platform • Communicate with clients regarding escrow analysis questions • Follow and update mortgage servicing regulatory and compliance guidelines • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • 1-3 years of experience in mortgage servicing and/or mortgage banking preferred • Good problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to manage time and priorities wisely • Ability to grasp concepts quickly, make sound decisions, and resolve issues • Ability to work in a high-volume and time-sensitive environment • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and effectively meet deadlines • Ability to collaborate with peers in a team environment to attain common goals • Ability to communicate effectively in writing, in person, and by telephone • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality • Quiet, private place in the home • High-speed internet with minimum network download speed of 25 MBPS and upload speed of 10 MBPS • Ability to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and work early, late, or weekend hours as needed • Overtime required as necessary
