📋 Description

• Lead technical workshops for clients, including education, conceptual designs, functional consumption plans, and pre-sales consulting topics • Own solution architecture and technical strategy for medium- to large-scale opportunities • Identify cross-practice opportunities across networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineering • Collaborate with Client Solution Architects to align practices and define execution pathways • Work with Practice Directors and Principal Architects to draft and validate solution designs, BOMs, and SOWs • Serve as a technical escalation point during advanced sales-cycle stages • Oversee and support professional services engagements • Build, maintain, and perform demos in Myriad360 and partner lab environments • Mentor CSAs and engineers on solution design, discovery, and consultative selling • Develop reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and enablement resources • Represent Myriad360 in senior-level client discussions, workshops, and technical briefings • Identify and escalate security risks and support remediation efforts • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based and reside in the United States • 7–10 years of experience in virtualization solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, and/or customer engineering roles • Relevant OEM certifications (current VCF 9 certifications) are highly preferred • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation 9.x or its components preferred • Demonstrated success in designing and selling non-VMware solutions such as Nutanix preferred • Demonstrated knowledge in designing and selling vSphere Kubernetes Service and/or other Kubernetes platforms preferred • Demonstrated success in designing and selling datacenter compute, storage, and/or data protection (DR, backup, replication) solutions desired • Advanced consultative discovery skills with a proven ability to guide client decision-making processes • Capability to independently manage complex technical sales cycles • Strong desire to learn new technologies outside of your comfort zone • Travel up to 25% may be required • Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies • Identify and escalate security risks and contribute to remediation efforts
