📋 Description

• Own and manage technical data products for retail-focused initiatives • Apply business analysis expertise across data, Business Intelligence, and Data Engineering • Design and oversee data models, source-to-target mappings, and data integration solutions • Use SQL and BI tools such as Power BI to support data product development • Lead teams and manage stakeholders across departments • Drive engagement and improvements through initiatives • Design user-friendly interfaces that improve data accessibility • Resolve solution design issues while maintaining quality and performance • Ensure solutions are accurate, visually consistent, and thoroughly tested • Work with Agile methodologies and project management tools • Manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, focusing on data and Business Intelligence and Data Engineering • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and BI tools such as Power BI • Experience with source-to-target mapping and data integration projects • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to drive engagement and improvements through initiatives • Detail-oriented with substantial documentation and organizational skills • Passion for designing user-friendly interfaces that enhance data accessibility • Proactive and quick in resolving solution design issues, focusing on quality and performance • Strong communicator and team player, able to work effectively across departments • Ensures solutions are accurate, visually consistent, and thoroughly tested • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Data Analytics, or a related field • Retail experience is mandatory
