📋 Description
• Provide operational support for an active e-commerce store, with responsibility for technical operations, systems, and processes • Maintain and further develop the Shopify store, including products, pages, apps, landing pages, and sales promotions • Set up and optimize Zendesk/Gorgias macros, views, and automations • Coordinate order routing, inventory reconciliation, and returns processes • Perform daily checks of orders, returns, and irregularities • Modify and export existing graphic files in Photoshop
🎯 Requirements
• German proficiency at C1–C2 level • At least 1 year of hands-on Shopify experience • Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, or comparable support systems • Basic Photoshop skills • Technical understanding and structured thinking • Excellent spoken and written German • Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
