📋 Description
• Manage social media for the Mini 650 offshore racing campaign • Create and edit video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms • Tell sailing stories from training through regatta highlights • Manage the community by interacting with fans, sponsors and the sailing community • Plan and implement an editorial content calendar • Compile and edit video material from training, regattas and behind-the-scenes activities • Prepare platform-specific formats including Reels, Stories and Shorts • Document sporting achievements and milestones • Support press releases and media inquiries • Contribute to sponsor communications and campaign materials • Monitor and report social media performance
🎯 Requirements
• Planned workload of 10–15 hours per week • German language proficiency at C1 level • Very good German and English skills • Experience cutting and creating videos • Experience with social media platforms and video-editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere or Final Cut • Creativity, initiative and team spirit
