📋 Description

• Develop customized marketing and growth strategies based on client goals and market research. • Conduct industry, competitor, and customer research to identify growth opportunities. • Recommend marketing services, budgets, and investment strategies aligned with business objectives. • Build business cases, growth forecasts, and ROI projections. • Support Sales and Account Management teams during proposal development. • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing clients. • Present strategic recommendations and educate clients on realistic expectations. • Collaborate with internal teams to align growth strategies and business initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in growth strategy, marketing consulting, or business strategy. • Experience developing marketing plans, budget recommendations, and growth forecasts. • Strong understanding of Google Ads, SEO, Local Service Ads, Social Media Advertising, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Lead Generation, and Marketing Analytics. • Ability to analyze industries, competitors, and market trends to support strategic decision-making. • Experience preparing business cases, ROI analyses, and executive-level recommendations. • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills. • Advanced English (C1+) required. • Experience working with SMBs or marketing agencies is highly preferred.
