📋 Description

• Strategize and act as the point of contact for ad designs for new and existing clients. • Act as the communication hub for all things within the ad strategy process. • Maintain positive relationships with Area Directors following the program specifications. • Build relationships with clients to support positive experiences. • Assist clients in resolving credit card issues and work to minimize past-due amounts. • Track client metrics through set spreadsheets and processes. • Proof publications for ad quality and accuracy. • Efficiently manage multiple deadlines, ensuring all ads are prepared and organized. • Respond promptly and professionally to emails related to ad submissions and queries. • Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with Area Directors, clients, residents, and fellow team members. • Follow the program’s specifications to ensure effective communication and content alignment.
