📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end commercial renewal process for a high-volume Enterprise customer portfolio • Prepare and send renewal quotes • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms • Manage procurement and contractual back-and-forth • Create order forms and coordinate signatures • Ensure completed contracts are accurately processed in CRM and billing systems • Manage approximately 60 renewals per quarter with clear next steps, accurate renewal dates, and sufficient lead time • Partner with Scaled CSMs to assess customer health and identify churn or commercial risk • Maintain accurate renewal forecasts, close-plan notes, and CRM hygiene • Identify process breakdowns and improve workflows, templates, operating rhythms, and automation • Partner with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Customer Success to resolve commercial or contractual blockers • Help create and scale n8n’s renewal function for the Scaled Customer Success segment

🎯 Requirements

• B2B SaaS renewals, account management, or commercially focused Customer Success experience, including negotiating contracts and renewals with business customers • Experience managing a sizeable, high-volume customer portfolio with dozens of simultaneous commercial conversations • Experience with smaller Enterprise accounts and approximately €20k–50k ARR contracts particularly relevant • Confidence negotiating pricing and commercial terms • Experience with SaaS renewal mechanics, including quotes, order forms, procurement, legal review, approvals, and signatures • Operational rigor maintaining accurate forecasts, dates, next steps, and CRM data • Experience in a fast-growing startup environment • Builder mindset and ability to improve processes while executing them • Interest in automation and AI for eliminating repetitive work • Experience with scaled or high-volume Customer Success/renewals models preferred • Exposure to mature renewals functions preferred • Experience with CRM, CS, or renewals tools such as Salesforce or Gainsight preferred • n8n or workflow automation platform experience preferred • Must have existing right to work in the US; n8n can sponsor visas to Germany, but not other countries • English is the company language
