Nadia Care is a membership-based maternal support service that provides community-centered, in-person and online care for people during pregnancy and after childbirth. They provide expert maternity coaching, coordinate a team to support feeding, nutrition, labor, and recovery, and connect members to local resources (housing, rides, other supports). Nadia Care works alongside a member's clinical providers to fill gaps in support and scale maternal care services through partnerships (noted as an ACAP Preferred Vendor).

📋 Description

• Deliver individualized perinatal and postpartum nutrition education via scheduled virtual visits • Facilitate scheduled virtual group classes for perinatal and postpartum nutrition • Equip mothers with knowledge to manage pregnancy and optimize health outcomes • Document all care interactions clearly and precisely • Adhere to policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of member care • Report to the Director of Care Delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Registered Dietitian (RD) • Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) • Current licensure to practice in Tennessee • Demonstrated experience providing medical nutrition therapy to perinatal and postpartum individuals managing diabetes, hypertension or preeclampsia, inadequate weight gain, and anemia • Experience serving families eligible for Medicaid, SNAP, or WIC programs • Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Access to reliable home internet • Proficiency in using EHR and messaging platforms for documentation and communication • IBCLC certification with relevant hospital or outpatient experience (nice to have, not required) • Proficiency in AthenaOne EHR (nice to have, not required) • Fluent in Spanish (nice to have, not required) • Experience in a start-up environment or strong adaptability to a fast-evolving organization (nice to have, not required)
