📋 Description

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with PMP best practices • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet fixed-bid and public sector objectives • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and develop and maintain strong relationships • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and task alignment • Monitor project risks, issues, and changes, providing timely updates and mitigation strategies • Conduct regular status meetings and deliver progress reports to stakeholders • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and government regulations in public sector projects • Drive continuous process improvement and innovation in project management practices

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management • Proven expertise in project leadership and application of project management methodologies • Hands-on experience managing fixed-price / fixed-bid projects with full accountability for scope, budget, and delivery • Strong experience leading end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with PMP best practices • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required • Experience managing complex project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and change management • Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and reporting skills
